Runs On Desktop, Won't Run on Server - Help!

I was very pleased to come across your SSIS Ldap component and put together a very nice LDAP-to-SQL ingestion package. Works great... except that it won't run from our SQL 2008R2 servers.

Our Ldap package works reliably from Visual Studio (2008). It also works well when we run it from the Integration Services Execute Package Utility in SQL Manager; as long as SQL Manager is run from the developer's workstation.

The package fails when we run it from SQL Manager on the SQL Server with the same developer's login. Forget about running it from SQL Server Agent. The same Execute Package Utility we used on the developer machine fails when run on the server.

Errors start with a warning:
Process configuration failed to set the destination at the package path of "\Package\Sequence Container\Load FusionHRIntegration From Active Directory.Properties[[LDAP Source].[SearchFilter]]". This occurs when attempting to set the destination property or variable fails. Check the destination property or variable.
Followed by :

Code: 0xC0048021
Source: Load FusionHRIntegration From Active Directory LDAP Source [1]
Description: The component is missing, not registered, not upgradeable, or missing required interfaces. The contact information for this component is "".

End Error
The Client Tools SDK has been installed on the server - all the dll's are where they should be.
"SSIS LDAP Source For SQL Server 2008R2" has been installed on the server.

How do we get the hosting SQL server to run this package?
