I'm getting the following errors while trying to bind to our LDAP, any recommendations?

P.S. the LDAP that I'm trying to use as a source is Sun Microsystems, Inc. (Sun-Java(tm)-System-Directory/6.3)

I'm also getting the same error with the SQL Server 2014 version. Any luck?
